Roundcube plugin for Vexim

Hello!

Just giving a heads up that I've made a Roundcube plugin that lets the
users configure their Vexim settings from the settings section in
Roundcube webmail:

Also, here's a small howto on a few customizations I've added to Vexim,

Great stuff Axel, nice to know that Vexim is still being used and
expanded upon.
